Eggs Egg Benedict Two poached eggs on an english muffin with Hollandaise sauce and a choice of hash browns or fruit salad. Build your own Omelet $8 Traditional folded omelet with your choice of three of the following filling: cheddar cheese, spinach, swiss cheese, onion, mozzarella cheese, bacon, goat cheese, sausage, portabella mushrooms, green peppers, chicken, tomato, ham, and steak. Also comes with your choice of toast, hash browns or fruit salad. Extra ingredients, $1 each. Chorizo Croquette Platter $10 Chorizo, potato and cheddar cheese patties, breaded and fried. Served with scrambled eggs hash browns and a drizzle of hollandaise sauce. Zucchini Cake Platter $10 Shredded zucchini cakes, scrambled eggs and roast apple flannel hash topped with red curry hollandaise. Crispy Tofu Skillet $8 Roasted red and green peppers, crispy tofu and Sweet Thai chile sauce over scrambled egg whites and roast apple flannel hash.		Sandwiches Grilled Ham and Cheese Panini $8 Thinly sliced ham and cheddar cheese grilled on country Italian bread. Served with choice of side. Grilled Bell Pepper and Egg Burrito $8 Grilled peppers, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado and hash-brown potatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla. Served with tomato relish and sour cream. Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich $6 Scottish smoked salmon layered with cucumber, tomato and cream cheese. French Toast and Pancakes French Toast $6 Two slices of Texas toast dipped in our own espresso batter. Berries and Cream French Toast $8 Two thick slices of Texas toast dipped in our signature espresso French toast batter and topped with fresh berries and crème anglaise. Pancakes $4 Choice of three whole wheat or three buttermilk pancakes.
